The registration fee includes all conference materials for the session, meals as indicated on individual Institute pages, premium continuous break service, evening receptions and the use of the conference center. All other meals are on your own.
Qualified substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations received prior to OU/EDI close of business on the cut-off date for the particular session (see the session's registration information you plan to attend) will be required to pay a $150 processing fee.
There will be no refunds for cancellation after that determined date or for non-attendance at the institute. If registration fees are not paid prior to the cancellation or no-show, you will be billed.Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax (405.325.7329), or email edi@ou.edu.
Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
Upon receipt of your application we will process your enrollment. A confirmation will be sent via email.
