Scholarships

Ruffin Scholarship

As a means of recognizing the impact that Jerry Ruffin (OU/EDI Director from 1972 until his retirement in 1986) has made on the economic development professionals in the United States, the University of Oklahoma has established the Gerald E. Ruffin Scholarship.

Session I - full registration
Criteria include:

• graduation from an accredited Economic Development Course (formerly Basic)
• leadership shown while in attendance

Please request a nomination form so you may send it to your EDC Director to begin the process.

Legacy Scholarship

Award amount is Full OU/EDI tuition. This scholarship will be awarded to OU/EDI participants embarking on their 2nd and 3rd sessions of the Institute. Award is for the amount of OU/EDI tuition.
